Domicile RequirementsĪll applicants for admission to Northern Virginia Community College are required by the Code of Virginia, 23-7.4, to complete the “Domicile Determination Form” section of the Application for Admission Form (125-030). The Student Services Center on any campus can assist with questions concerning domicile status. The College reserves the right to collect the difference between in-state and out-of-state tuition charges when the wrong tuition rate is paid.
